Women's Singles Group Stage complete

The Group Stage of the Women's Singles is now complete, following some nail-biting matches. In Group A, defending champion Ros Morgan Fraser edged out Ana Suarrez Navarro to take top spot. Ana also qualifies for the semifinals in second place. Debbie Harrison narrowly missed out on qualifying, coming third.

In Group B, Renée Mellow won a closely-fought battle with past-winner Asha Reynolds to win the group. Asha also makes the semifinals, clinching her spot with a victory over fellow first teamer Emma Pearce.

We can now look forward to some mouthwatering clashes, starting with a repeat of last year's final as Ros takes on Asha. The bottom half of the draw will see a big-hitting contest as both Renée and Ana seek to make their first Bounds Green singles final.
