Rhoda does well in Nottingham
Well done to Bounds Green’s Rhoda Young in reaching the last eight of the Nationals over-60 ladies singles at Nottingham.
Rhoda won her last 16 match 21-17 against Julie Spice (Ipswich & District) before going out 21-15 in the quarter-finals to Penny Cresswell (Dolphin B).
Penny went on to the final, losing to local player Pam Cutts 21-20, after leading 15-5 and then 20-15.
The structure and pacing of this post are spot on, and the writing flows beautifully. Nothing felt padded, and each paragraph contributed something worthwhile to the whole. I added it to my reading list so I can revisit it before my next project begins. Such carefully organised content deserves plenty of praise.
