2026 Men's Singles draw published

Updated: Apr 14

At a live event in front of a big and engaged crowd in the bar, the 2026 Men's Singles draw has been made.

The decision to make the draw early was made after the event reached capacity, meaning there is an extra week to play matches.

The draw has served up some intriguing matches in the early rounds. Defending champion and top seed Ales opens his title defence against Alex while Phil faces a tricky match against Yash, who made it to the quarterfinals last year. In a tie which will see all-court power pitched against wily consistency, Patrick will take on Michael. Meanwhile, Danny faces the big-serving Tsahy, who is making his tournament debut this year. There is also a generational clash, with Ethan - the youngest player in the men's draw, taking on Shamus, who is the oldest.

Meanwhile, the Second Round could see some mouthwatering clashes, including Ales potentially facing Achilles (who recently beat him in the Box League) and a possible all-Argentinian clash between Hernan and JP. Phil and Jack could also renew their rivalry (at the time of the draw, they were playing out a 7-7 stalemate, only brought to a halt by the lights curfew).

The field is bigger and stronger than ever before and whoever manages to battle through to Finals Day on Sunday 28th June will certainly have earned it. Bring on the Bounds Green summer of tennis!
