Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club is hidden away in the heart of Bounds Green. A large friendly Club, our extensive facilities mean that we offer a number of activites.

3 floodlit all-weather tennis courts
A 6-rink outdoor green of excellent quality, where many Association and County Finals are played
A 3-rink indoor green
2 full-size snooker tables
2 table tennis tables (League standard)
Recently refurbished catering Kitchen
Exclusive car parking for members and guests (50 car capacity)
Fully central heated double glazed Clubhouse
A well stocked bar open every evening

All members enjoy comfortable surroundings with bar and TV/ Video Lounge with a function room for dinners or celebratory events.

BOUNDS GREEN TENNIS CLUB - SUMMER COACHING PROGRAMME

Bounds Green will have tennis coaching for adults and children over the summer months.

Children [Year 7+] on Mondays @ 4.45-5.45pm

Children [Mixed] on Saturdays @ 12.30-1.30pm

Adults - Intermediate on Mondays @ 7-9pm

Adults - Beginners on Tuesdays @ 7-9pm

Highlights Of 2009

31st December - Club members rang in the New Year around the bar in the spirit of friendship and with the hope of a great year to come for all involved in the club .

20th December - Grand Christmas Prize Draw, carolling, mince pies and mulled wine were enjoyed by a cross section club members. Thanks to all who came.

6th November.- A great race night was held in the bar using the big screen, much fun was had by all and congratulations to those who backed the winners.

September 26th - The club won several titles on the NLTBA finals day

September 20th - The Club won the Middx League final.

September 12th/13th - Very successful club finals weekend. Winners onsite.

Saturday 5th September - The Club hosted the London & Southern Counties Bowling Association FInals day. A great day was had by all players, supporters and officals alike - many congratulations to the winners from all at Bounds Green.

Wednesday 26th August saw the Rosebowl Trophy where triples from visiting clubs played 7 of our triples in a friendly spirit. A Bounds Green Triple won, with a tripple from Chingford in second place.

Sunday 16th August saw a very successful and friendly running of the Pretty Trophy - our annual Bowls vs Tennis event where the Tennis section take on the Bowlers at Bowls. The event was well supported and the club wish to extend grateful thanks to Ron and Vera Cotterral who provided for our liquid refreshments and buffet tea.

Saturday 15th August was the outdoor sections annual trip down to Preston Park Bowls Club in Brighton. The Bowls club sent 5 mixed rinks and several visitors who enjoyed good bowling in a friendly spirit in among the fresh sea air.

Saturday 1st August President Lionel Bannister hosted his charity day where all sections of the club joined together in an Arsenal Vs Spurs supporters bowls match and fun day which raised over £600 for the Great Ormond Street Childrens Hospital.

Saturday 13th June Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club's first Open Day. A great day was had by all who attended to try Bowls and Tennis with their friends and Family. The day was rounded off with a very successful BBQ and Karaoke evening.
